Kristy grew up in Miamitown and, after moving around a bit, she and her husband, Greg, settled in Harrison in 2004. They have three amazing children (Noah, Joshua, and Leah) and love to travel as time and funds permit.
For most of her life, Kristy did not consider herself a follower of Jesus. In 2016, that all changed when her son, Josh, said he was interested in attending church. Not knowing where to begin, they decided to visit where John Calabrese was on staff (John had befriended Josh at the Harrison Jr. High). After attending one service, she was hooked. The leader was so relatable. He made her want to come back the next week and learn "what happens next."
In 2017, after attending the Starting Point classes, joining a women's Bible study, asking lots of questions, and attending her first (and very emotional) Easter Service, Kristy decided it was time to commit to being a Christian and was baptized as an adult. Soon after, she became an official member of LifeSpring. You will run into Kristy at the 9:30am Sunday worship service near the front of the room soaking in the teaching.
Kristy is energetic, inquisitive, organized, and loyal. She values clear communication and has a beautiful blend of administrative aptitude and passion for people. With experience as an Administrative Assistant in church office work and in desktop publishing for a private printing company, she is excited to be part of the LifeSpring team leading our amazing office volunteers.
